Update on Effort to Repeal and Reject ObamaCare

The Congressional effort to repeal ObamaCare was postponed by the cowardly Republicans in the House of Representatives after a mass murder in Tucson, Arizona, which is leading to another assault on freedom of speech. But, according to an interactive map on Health Care Lawsuits, the national lawsuit to stop ObamaCare has recently gained several new states: Ohio, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, Michigan, and, today, Kansas. So, as the United States remain in a deeply divided state of the union, these 21 states have united to reject the administration’s socialized medicine: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Wisconsin. Additionally, these seven states, Iowa, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, have pending lawsuits by individuals and/or organizations against ObamaCare. The nation’s great state of Virginia filed the first and some consider most viable lawsuit. The total number of states with claims against the law dictating government-controlled medicine and health insurance is 29 of 50 states.
